Most habit advice was written for people who aren't exhausted, in pain, or managing a health challenge.
This workshop takes a different approach.
We'll look at why so many good habits fall apart during hard times, what makes a habit actually sustainable, and how to build a small daily practice around movement, sleep, eating, or stress that doesn't require you to feel good first.
Bring a pen and your real self.
If you have a favorite journal, feel free to bring it. Otherwise, paper will be provided.
