About the event
Most people have heard of impostor syndrome or imposter phenomenon: the feeling that your work isn't as good as others think, that someone is about to find out, that success so far has mostly been luck. It is a common human experience.
This session digs into where that inner narrator comes from, why it tends to get louder during hard seasons of health, stress, or major change, and how writing can help people find a more grounded and honest story underneath it. Participants often leave surprised by how long that quieter, truer voice has been there, waiting to be unearthed.
Bring a pen and your real self.
If you have a favorite journal, feel free to bring it. Otherwise, paper will be provided.
